Chemical Earthing Electrode:-
The earth electrode is tested by CPRI for short time current test having designation as FE88 which uses Pipe-In-Pipe technology, with adequately galvanized (80 – 100 micron) on outer GI pipe for a depth of 3m to shield the electrode from surface earth stray currents, which may cause unwanted interference.
ESE-Lightning Arrestor:-
The earth electrode having designation as FE88 which uses Pipe-In-Pipe technology , with COOPPER COATING on outer GI pipe for a depth of 3m to shield the electrode from surface earth stray currents, which may cause unwanted interference.
Pure Copper Electrode:-
The earth electrode uses Pipe-In-Pipe technology, with both Pure copper pipe for a depth of 3m to shield the electrode from surface earth stray currents, which may cause unwanted interference. The earth electrode(s) for EE should be a Safe Earthing Electrode having designation as FE 17.2 which uses solid rod technology, with adequately Copper Coating on outer surface for a depth of 3m shield the electrode from surface earth.
